Jiankun International Bhd which announced the appointment of its President, Dato’ Saiful Nizam Mohd Yusoff as the company’s new Chairman, is also embarking on a series of development projects in Kuala Lumpur.
During the inaugural meeting, Dato’ Saiful noted that the company is confident to embark on the redevelopment of the 3.69-acre site along Jalan Tun Razak with a 52-storey apartment tower and three additional towers with retail and residential components, that has an estimated gross development value of RM1.2 billion. Situated just a 5-minute walk (or 400 meters) from the nearest.
Other projects includes Residensi Maya in Kajang, Taman Panchor in Nibong Tebal, Bukit Tambun Prai and Klebang Melaka.
In attendance were Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Edwin Silvester Das and Executive Director Dato’ IR Lim Siang Chai. CEO Edwin added, “With the appointment of our visionary new Chairman, Jiankun anticipates a meteoric rise in GDV, soaring to RM2 billion,”.
