Yinson Offshore Charter Unit CEO Resigns

Yinson Holdings has informed that its Chief Executive Officer for its offshore unit Regulus Offshore Lim Chern Wooi has resigned with immediate effect to pursue other interests.

Regulus Offshore owns and charters OSVs and floating support solutions units, including Anchor Handling and Towing Vessels (AHTs), Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels (AHTS) and Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs).

  • Lim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia, Master in Business Administration, RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. He is a certified Auditor, Quality Management System, Environmental Management System,
  • Occupational Health and Safety Management System, International Safety Management, International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS).
  • He joined the group as its Business Development Executive and was later promoted to Chief Executive Officer, Regulus Offshore from 2014.

Lim is the son of Mr Lim Han Weng and Mdm Bah Kim Lian, and brother of Mr Lim Chern Yu.
