Maxis has announced a significant expansion of its managed services portfolio by becoming a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) in Malaysia.
This partnership allows Maxis to integrate HPE Aruba Networking Central with AIOps (artificial intelligence for IT operations) into its networking offerings, enhancing user experience and delivering efficient, secure, and intelligent ICT services, including private 4G LTE and 5G networks, software-defined wide area networks (SD-WAN), and business Wi-Fi.
HPE Aruba Networking Central with AIOps offers AI-powered analytics, end-to-end automation, and advanced security features, enabling businesses to proactively identify issues, reduce manual troubleshooting, and continuously optimize network performance.
This solution aims to improve user experience while addressing the rising demand for cybersecurity, a key priority for Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and senior leaders globally.
The collaboration enhances Maxis Business’ value proposition by ensuring the delivery of secure networking solutions in an increasingly complex threat landscape.

This latest partnership marks a significant milestone in Maxis’ ongoing collaboration with HPE, which has previously included the introduction of Multi-access Edge Computing (MEC) as a digital solution for enterprises in 2022.
