Censof Holdings Berhad announce that it had entered into an agreement with RinggitPay for the disposal of 49% of the total issued shares of T-Melmax Sdn. Bhd. a subsidiary unit for a cash consideration of RM400,000.00 only
T-Melmax is a private company limited principally involved in the provision of services that is related to software development and the role of a service provider for financial applications, including electronic payment and collection solutions.
As at the date of this announcement, T-Melmax is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and its directors are Tamil Selvan A/L M. Durairaj and Ang Hsin Hsien.
