KPJ Healthcare Bhd has partnered with NetSfere to implement an encrypted communication platform across its network of 30 hospitals nationwide. The move aims to safeguard sensitive information while enhancing collaboration among healthcare professionals.

The platform, hosted on Amazon Web Services in Malaysia, offers end-to-end encryption, secure file sharing, voice and video calls, and centralised IT administration controls to ensure compliance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act and healthcare standards. It also features Net-C, an AI assistant that allows clinicians and staff to securely access workflows and information in real time.
