The retreat marked its soft launch with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Yang Berhormat Datuk Sri Tiong King Sing, Minister of Tourism, Arts, and Culture Malaysia, alongside key figures from IJM Land and the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (BUCM).
This event highlighted a shared commitment to advancing wellness tourism and fostering cross-border collaboration in integrative healthcare.
A key highlight was the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement between REN Wellness Retreat and BUCM. This partnership will drive academic exchange, professional training, and research development, positioning REN as a regional centre of excellence in T&CM.
