Maybank Bhd has confirmed that all banking services, including DuitNow transactions, have been fully restored following a period of intermittent slowness affecting QR payments, transfers, bill payments and other related services.
The bank acknowledged the disruption earlier in a Facebook post, advising customers that some transactions may have taken longer than usual or been temporarily unavailable. During the downtime, Maybank encouraged customers to continue using Interbank GIRO for transfers.
“All our services have been fully restored. We remain committed to ensuring seamless and worry-free banking for you, always,” the post read.
The bank did not specify the cause of the temporary service slowdown but assured that work was in progress to resolve the issue promptly.
