LGMS Bhd has gained global recognition in the cyber incident response space after being named a Representative Vendor in Gartner’s Market Guide for Cybersecurity Incident Response Retainer Services.
The listing places the Malaysian cyber security specialist alongside international heavyweights such as CrowdStrike, Google Cloud’s Mandiant and IBM Security X-Force.
LGMS chairman Fong Choong Fook said the recognition highlights the growing visibility of Malaysian cyber security expertise as organisations place greater emphasis on resilience, readiness and recovery in the face of increasingly complex threats.
He described the inclusion as a meaningful milestone not only for LGMS but also for Malaysia’s broader cyber security industry, reflecting the company’s capabilities in incident response, digital forensics and breach investigation.
The recognition comes as demand for cyber incident response retainers rises globally, driven by regulatory requirements, cyber insurance expectations and the growing need for business continuity planning.
