YTL AI Labs Collabs With MyDigital ID To Enhance Secure Access To ILMUchat

YTL AI Labs has partnered with MyDigital ID to enable secure and seamless access to its conversational AI platform, ILMUchat, marking a step forward in Malaysia’s push towards a trusted digital ecosystem.

The collaboration, formalised through a memorandum of understanding (MoU), will see MyDigital ID integrated as a Single Sign-On (SSO) login method for ILMUchat, allowing users to access the platform without the need to create separate credentials.

MyDigital ID, supervised by the Prime Minister’s Department Malaysia and monitored by the National Cyber Security Agency, serves as a secure digital identity verification system that connects to government databases without storing personal data.

The integration is expected to enhance user convenience while strengthening digital trust, a key pillar in scaling adoption of AI-driven services across the country.

Speaking at a forum on digital access, YTL AI Labs Chief Solutions Officer Fadrizul Hasani said, the partnership aligns with broader national efforts to build a unified and secure digital infrastructure.

“At YTL AI Labs, we believe that the true scalability of digital innovation rests on a foundation of trust. We fully support the government’s vision to build a safe and interoperable digital ecosystem, enabling Malaysians to use ILMUchat seamlessly and securely,” he said.

The move underscores growing collaboration between the private sector and government initiatives to accelerate digital transformation, particularly in areas such as identity verification, artificial intelligence and secure online services.
