AWC announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Mohd Azanuddin Salleh, effective 8 May 2026, citing personal and family commitments.
The company said Mohd Azanuddin’s last day of service will be on 8 May 2026.
Pending the appointment of a new CFO, AWC said its finance and accounting functions will be overseen on an interim basis by Ahmad Huzaifi Edzral Shahrull Azuar, the company’s manager of corporate finance, with support from senior management and the board.
AWC did not disclose a timeline for the appointment of a permanent replacement.
