Global music superstar The Weeknd is set to return to Malaysia as part of the final leg of his record-breaking After Hours Til Dawn Stadium Tour, with Kuala Lumpur confirmed as one of the last stops of the massive global tour.
The Malaysian show is scheduled to take place on 4 November 2026 at TM Stadium Nasional, marking the final opportunity for fans in the region to experience the blockbuster production live.
Produced by Live Nation and sponsored by Nespresso, the Asia leg of the tour will kick off in Tokyo on 20 September before heading to Jakarta, Singapore, Seoul, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur.
The tour has already cemented itself in music history, surpassing US$1 billion in global gross revenue and selling more than 7.5 million tickets across 153 shows, making it the highest-grossing tour ever by a male solo artist.
Since launching in 2022, the tour has spanned North America, Europe, the UK, Latin America and Australia, driven by the success of The Weeknd’s acclaimed album trilogy — After Hours, Dawn FM and Hurry Up Tomorrow.
The 2026 Asia dates will also feature performances by Japanese hip-hop duo Creepy Nuts on selected shows, alongside Japanese DJ ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U.
Beyond entertainment, the tour also carries a humanitarian mission. The Weeknd is partnering with Global Citizen and the United Nations World Food Programme to support education access and hunger relief initiatives globally.
According to organisers, US$1 equivalent from every ticket sold across Asia will be channelled towards the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund and the XO Humanitarian Fund, which supports global hunger relief efforts.
To date, The Weeknd and his partners have contributed more than US$8.5 million to humanitarian causes through the tour.
Tickets for the Kuala Lumpur concert will first be available through an artist presale beginning 18 May 2026. Fans can register via The Weeknd Tour Page until 15 May for access.
Meanwhile, Visa Malaysia cardholders will gain access to an exclusive presale on 19 May, while Live Nation Malaysia members can participate in a separate presale on 20 May.
General ticket sales will commence on 21 May through GoLive Asia.
