Football Meets Travel Wear In PUMA’s Latest Bembury Collaboration

With football fever building ahead of the summer tournament season, PUMA is leaning into the travel side of the fan experience with a new collection created with designer Salehe Bembury.

The TRVL WEAR drop covers all 11 national teams sponsored by PUMA and focuses on the pieces supporters actually wear beyond the pitch — think airport fits, tracksuits and trainers built for long days on the move.

Instead of rolling out the same template for every country, Bembury has given each team its own identity. Drawing from local culture, architecture and history, the designs feel more connected to place than standard tournament merch.

Countries including Portugal, Morocco and Ghana each get distinct colours, graphics and detailing that make the collection feel more personal and less mass-produced.

The range updates classic football staples with a more streetwear-focused approach. Jerseys, shorts and the signature KING tracksuits have been reworked with bolder colours and relaxed styling that fit just as easily into everyday wardrobes as they do match-day travel plans. It taps into the growing overlap between football fashion and modern street style without trying too hard.

The standout piece is easily the Velum 1 Akita trainer. The sneaker comes with a UV-reactive finish that changes colour in sunlight, so the look shifts depending on where you are and what the weather is doing.

It is a small detail, but one that gives the collection a more interactive edge and plays into the travel theme in a way that actually feels fresh.

The PUMA x Salehe Bembury TRVL WEAR collection launches on June 4 via the official PUMA website and selected retailers.
