Alam Maritim Resources Berhad will officially exit Practice Note 17 (PN17) status on June 8, 2026, after successfully regularising its financial condition and meeting Bursa Malaysia’s listing requirements.
In a statement, Bursa announced that Alam Maritim no longer triggers any of the criteria of the Main Market Listing Requirements.
As a result, the company will be uplifted from PN17 classification effective 9.00 a.m. on Monday, June 8.
The development marks a significant milestone for Alam Maritim, which had been classified as a financially distressed listed company and was required to undertake a regularisation plan to restore its financial health and maintain its listing status on Bursa Malaysia.
