Longines is taking two of its established collections in different directions this year — adding more artistic detail to the feminine-focused PrimaLuna while expanding the practical appeal of the Conquest with a wider range of quartz models.
The new releases highlight two distinct approaches to modern watch design: the PrimaLuna focuses on dial craftsmanship and mechanical watchmaking, while the Conquest Quartz builds on versatility with new sizes, colours and everyday functionality.
PrimaLuna Puts Dial Craftsmanship In Focus
The latest PrimaLuna additions introduce four new 30 mm models, each designed around the collection’s signature rounded case shape and refined proportions.
Three of the new watches feature mother-of-pearl dials in green, midnight blue and white, enhanced with a “cloisonné-style” technique. Fine metal wires are used to separate the hour-ring appliqué, creating added depth across the dial surface. The designs are completed with fifteen Top Wesselton diamond indexes, while a date display at 6 o’clock keeps the layout balanced.
A fourth model takes a more traditional approach with a silver sunray dial, semi-matte finishing and blue Roman numerals. The combination of different textures gives the watch a classic appearance while maintaining the collection’s contemporary profile.

Underneath, the watches are powered by Longines’ exclusive automatic calibre L592.5, equipped with silicon balance-spring technology and offering up to 45 hours of power reserve. A sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides and a transparent case-back provide both protection and a view of the mechanical movement.
The stainless-steel bracelet has also been designed to complement the case, featuring shorter half-moon domed links that create a closer fit around the wrist.
First introduced in 2009 and redesigned in 2025, the PrimaLuna collection continues to focus on rounded forms, detailed dials and mechanical watchmaking in a compact format.
Conquest Quartz Expands Its Everyday Appeal
Alongside the PrimaLuna updates, Longines is broadening the Conquest collection with new quartz-powered models ranging from 30 mm to 41 mm.
The expansion builds on the Conquest’s history, which dates back to 1954 when the collection became Longines’ first trademarked line. The new models maintain the collection’s sporty-elegant identity while introducing more options for different preferences and wrist sizes.
The 30 mm and 34 mm versions feature new dial colours, including lavender mauve and mint blue, along with mother-of-pearl options with diamond indexes. Each dial includes external “snailing” below the markers, adding texture to the design.
For larger sizes, the 38 mm and 41 mm models introduce green, blue, white and black dial choices. All models include a date display at 6 o’clock and are fitted with stainless-steel bracelets. Selected versions add rose- or yellow-gold-coloured PVD elements on the bezel, crown and centre bracelet links for a contrasting finish.
Powered by Longines quartz movements L152 and L157, the watches are designed for reliability and ease of use, with water resistance up to 10 bar (100 metres).
Together, the two collections reflect a wider shift in modern watchmaking: consumers are increasingly looking for pieces that combine technical capability with designs that fit seamlessly into their daily routines.
