West River Berhad announced that that its wholly-owned subsidiary, West River Engineering Sdn. Bhd., has secured RM11.0 million worth of mechanical and electrical works from Mabuco Sdn. Bhd. for the proposed Celora Sunway serviced apartment development.
The awarded works cover electrical and lightning protection services, as well as air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation services for the development. These comprise supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning works, with maintenance also included under the airconditioning and mechanical ventilation scope. The electrical and lightning protection scope is valued at RM7.65 million, while the air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation scope is valued at RM3.35 million. Together, the works strengthen West River Engineering’s role in delivering key building services for the development.
Under the awarded scope, West River Engineering will carry out the works in accordance with the relevant project requirements, tender documents, drawings, specifications and related conditions. The completion date for the works is stated as 2 December 2028, with execution to be coordinated with the main contractor’s program.
