IJM Corporation Bhd has clarified that the resale of its treasury shares was carried out through open-market transactions on Bursa Malaysia.
The clarification follows an article published concerning the resale of the company’s treasury shares.
In a statement, IJM said the transactions were effected through the open market on Bursa Malaysia in accordance with Paragraph 12.04 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.
