Shangri-La Hotels (Malaysia) Bhd has renewed the management arrangements for its Shangri-La’s Rasa Ria Resort & Spa and Dalit Bay Golf & Country Club in Tuaran, Sabah, under new five-year agreements with Shangri-La Hotel Management (MY) Pte Ltd (SLMY).
SHMB said its 75%-owned subsidiary, Pantai Dalit Beach Resort Sdn Bhd (PDBR), and PDBR’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Dalit Bay Golf & Country Club Bhd (DBGCC), entered into the agreements with SLMY on Aug 20, 2026.
Under the Hotel Management Agreement, SLMY will provide hotel management, sales and marketing as well as reservation services for Shangri-La’s Rasa Ria Resort & Spa.
Separately, the Golf Club Management Agreement covers golf club management as well as sales and marketing services for Dalit Bay Golf & Country Club.
The transactions constitute related-party transactions under Paragraph 10.08 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Listing Requirements.
