Tropicana Corporation Bhd (TCB) has acquired a new wholly-owned subsidiary, BK Hitech Industrial Park Holding Sdn Bhd (BHIPHSB), for a nominal cash consideration of RM10.
The develiper said the acquisition was completed on July 23, 2026, involving 10 ordinary shares in BHIPHSB, representing 100% of the company’s issued and paid-up share capital.
Following the acquisition, BHIPHSB became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tropicana.
The property developer said the acquisition was made pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities.
The announcement did not provide further details on the business activities or intended role of BHIPHSB within the Tropicana Group.
