Tower Real Estate Investment Trust (Tower REIT) has appointed Douglas Richard Fyvie Crichton as its Chief Executive Officer and a director, effective Aug 24, 2026.
Crichton, 54, a United Kingdom national, is the Chief Executive Officer of GLM REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the manager of Tower REIT.
He brings more than 25 years of real estate experience in Southeast Asia, covering portfolio and project management.
Prior to joining GLM REIT Management, Crichton held senior positions including Director of Asset Manager at Low Yat Management Services Sdn Bhd and Head of Asset Management at Savills (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
He holds a Master of Business Administration in Construction and Real Estate from the University of Reading, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Science in Valuation and Estate Management from the University of the West of England, Bristol.
Crichton is also a Chartered Surveyor and a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
His appointment as director takes effect from Aug 24, 2026.
