The response follows an Unusual Market Activity (UMA) query issued by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad earlier in the day after the company’s shares experienced a heavy sell-off dropping 13.6% to 1.08. The share has been on the decline declining 32% over the past 6 months.
In reposnsed the group confirmed there are no unannounced corporate developments relating to its business or affairs, including those in the negotiation or discussion stage, that would account for the trading movement.
The company verified that it is unaware of any rumors or news reports concerning its business and affairs that might explain the price drop while the board stated it is not aware of any other possible explanation for the trading activity.
