Enproserve Group Bhd has secured a RM12.31 million contract from Perbadanan Putrajaya for facility management and maintenance works at government quarters in Precinct 8, Putrajaya.
The contract was awarded to wholly-owned subsidiary Enproserve (M) Sdn Bhd through a competitive tender and covers Quarters 4C and 8R2 for 36 months.
The scope includes comprehensive management, operation and maintenance of the buildings, common areas and installations, including civil and structural works, mechanical and electrical systems, housekeeping, pest control and landscaping services.
Site possession is scheduled for Jan 1, 2027, with the contract running until Dec 31, 2029.
Enproserve said the project is expected to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets from the financial year ending Dec 31, 2027 until completion.
The group added that the project is in the ordinary course of business and is in the company’s best interest.
