Lim Seong Hai Capital Bhd (LSH Capital) will transfer its listing from Bursa Malaysia’s ACE Market to the Main Market on Oct 8, marking its second market migration in less than two years.
Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd said the transfer will take effect at 9am, with LSH Capital remaining classified under the Construction sector. Its stock short name LSH and stock code 0351 will remain unchanged.
LSH Capital joined the ACE Market on March 21, 2025, after transferring from Bursa Malaysia’s LEAP Market. The company was first listed on the LEAP Market on July 30, 2021.
The construction group proposed its Main Market transfer in July this year after meeting requirements for an accelerated transfer under Bursa Malaysia’s listing rules. At the time, its market capitalisation had surpassed RM1.5 billion, based on its five-day volume-weighted average share price up to June 30.
LSH Capital’s shares were currently traded at RM1.68, up two sen or 1.2% from RM1.66 in the previous session. The stock traded between RM1.67 and RM1.70 during the session.
