Sunway Ipoh Mall Unveils Key Tenants With 80% Of Leases Secured

Sunway Ipoh Mall has unveiled its key business partners as leasing for the upcoming mall reaches 80%, strengthening its tenant mix ahead of its planned opening.

The line-up was unveiled by Sunway Malls Group Managing Director HC Chan, with the mall set to become one of the largest retail destinations in Perak when completed.

Among the key retail and lifestyle partners announced are MR.DIY Plus, TGV Cinemas, Parkson Elite, Village Grocer, Valiram, MAP Active, BO Brands Outlet, Padini Concept Store, UNIQLO, MUJI, TOPTEN10, LC Waikiki, Panda Eyes, Harvey Norman, L’Oréal, Estée Lauder Companies, JD Sports and Popular.

The mall’s wider offering will also include Sunway Ice, Sunway Megalanes, The Parenthood, Neonest, Hooga and Sunway Ipoh Exhibition Centre.

Sunway Ipoh Mall is being developed as part of the wider Sunway City Ipoh township and is expected to be completed in 2027. The mall will have more than one million sq ft of net lettable area and feature attractions including an ice-skating rink, bowling centre, multipurpose sports facilities, an exhibition centre and a cinema.

The project is expected to further expand Sunway Malls’ presence in the northern region, with the group previously saying Sunway Ipoh Mall would form part of its strategy to grow its retail footprint outside the Klang Valley.
