Adventoro Travel Technologies Sdn Bhd, a new online platform that aims to help people discover and book adventure-based tours and activities in Malaysia, has finally announced its official global launch. Currently, the platform has more than 400 tours and activities located in various destinations in Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Langkawi, Sabah and Sarawak, with more additions to its listings coming soon.
Adventoro features six categories of tours and activities: Island, River and Water Sports, Wildlife and Jungle, Culinary and Gastronomy, Caving and Hiking, Cultural and Traditional, as well as Sightseeing and Attractions.
Ken Lau, Founder and CEO of Adventoro said: “We want to make it easy for users to find and purchase desired tours and activities online using just a single platform. Aside from Malaysia people from America, Australia, Brazil, France, United Kingdom or from anywhere can hop on Adventoro.com at any time to look for a new adventure they would like to experience.”
Prior to the official launch Adventoro was on beta for a few months. Among the top bestselling trips during that period were White Water Rafting at Kampar River in Perak, Mount Kinabalu Trek Grand Adventure; Cameron Highlands Rafflesia and Mossy Forest Adventure; Taman Negara Experience; Bako National Park Overnight Adventure; and, Langkawi Kayaking at Mangrove Forest Reserve.
Adventoro caters to both individual travelers as well as groups such as companies that want to plan a trip for employees.
Other than the listings, Adventoro also provides concierge service so users can get in touch with its team for various reasons such as to make a special request for their trip and get more information.
