1. MoU Signing between Malaysia Automotive Institute (MAI) and Perusahaan Otomotif Nasional Sdn Bhd (PROTON) on Supplier Development to Meet Global Standards

2.  IMU Healthcare announced the appointment of Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd as its main contractor for the building works of its new specialist hospital in Bukit Jalil, IMU Hospital. 

Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd will be in charge of Phase 1 block which includes 96 inpatient beds with three operating theatres, an emergency room, 22 specialist clinics, and two wellness clinics, as well as the construction of a multi-storey carpark, all associated architectural, civil and structural, mechanical and electrical, and interior works. The building works is targeted to be ready by end of 2020 so that the hospital can be fully operational in 2021.


3. Demand for banking and finance talent is booming in Singapore & the Philippines According to the latest Monster Employment Index (MEI), online hiring for banking and finance talent witnessed double-digit growth in both Singapore and the Philippines this August.

Singapore reported a colossal 23% year-on-year annual growth for the month of August, a 3% increase from the 20% recorded in July.Not far behind was the Philippines, recording a 21% year-on-year growth during August. So far, the country has displayed a positive growth trend, as the figure reported in August was a 3% increase from July’s 19%.
