Aoikumo introduces all-in-one cloud solution for the medical industry

Aoikumo has introduced an all-in-one cloud-based system to assist general practitioners (GPs) and dental clinics manage appointments, CRM, inventory, POS billing in a single platform.

The cloud system was developed by GoCloud Technologies, the first full cloud-based system is largely used in the beauty and aesthetics industry. Aoikumo’s clients include most prominent brands in South East Asia.

Kevin Nair, Founder, and Technical Lead of Aoikumo said the telehealth feature will allow doctors to set virtual appointments through Aoikumo’s Scheduling menu. All the patient has to do is send the link through an email and SMS and the video will start.

“Aoikumo is now aiming to break into the medical industry as it wants to extend more that in the beauty and aesthetics industry. The company found a void to fill in the system which requires to keep track of appointments scheduling, CRM, billing, and commissions. So, we started to work on this cloud system,”

“To ease the mind of the owners, Aoikumo has dedicated technical support. As it also adds new modules for e-marketing and e-commerce, the company is upgrading their existing modules,” Nair added.

This system will extend to the healthcare industry namely to dental clinics and GPs. Additionally, it will add unique modulesin the dental industry.

Aoikumo will also help business owners to obtain new customers using a new system. It integrates social media channels enabling businesses to sell and increase bookings using the Call To Action (CTA) buttons.
