REAL Education Group, video-based personal tutoring app AskBee, and Teach For Malaysia have come together to launch #SaveSPM2020.
Dr. Goh Chee Leong, REAL Education Group’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), said that #SaveSPM2020 is a method to relieve the stressful situation of students and teachers nationwide.
“The app was conceptualised during the first Movement Control Order (MCO) in response to the challenges students and teachers who were learning from home. However, the app is launched now for them to help with the examination revisions,” Jason Khong, AskBee’s Founder, said.
AskBee is a video-on-demand tutoring app that enables students to obtain live personal guidance.
“The mission will always be to mobilise a generation of leaders to empower Malaysia through education. #SaveSPM2020 allows Teach For Malaysia to leverage our vast network of volunteers to help thousands of SPM 2020 takers,” Teach For Malaysia’s CEO Chan Soon Seng added.
The joint effort between AskBee, Teach For Malaysia and REAL Education Group to initiate #SaveSPM2020 is a campaign to help SPM 2020’s batch with revision and through on-demand guidance from volunteer teachers and tertiary students.
Teach For Malaysia is still reaching out to their networks, alumni and university campus ambassadors to support the collaborative efforts.
