Gamuda Gardens Welcomes Trendy New Retail Partners

Gamuda Gardens, announce the upcoming arrival of a dynamic array of retail partners to its latest commercial development, Gardens Square.

Anchored by a 50-acre pet-friendly central park, Gamuda Gardens has experienced remarkable growth since its launch in 2017. Today, it stands as a testament to thoughtful urban planning, boasting completed components including a fully-tenanted park-fronting Waterfront Village and Gamuda Luge Gardens, a family-themed fun. With approximately 5,000 residents now calling it home, Gamuda Gardens is poised for its next phase of development.

By end of 2024, the township will witness the completion of a Gardens Square, a new commercial development, set to further enrich the daily lives of its residents. This eagerly awaited addition will welcome a diverse mix of tenants, including a prominent grocer, F&B establishments, and essential services, catering to the varied needs and preferences of the community.

“We are thrilled to unveil the exciting lineup of retail partners who will soon call Gamuda Gardens home,” said Andrew Tan, General Manager of Gamuda Gardens.

Among the partners set to join Gamuda Gardens are ZUS Coffee, Tealive, ChaTraMue, Long John Silver’s, Bask Bear, 7 Café, Shae.co, Salad Atelier and Happy Potato as well as anchor tenant Star Grocer, each bringing unique offerings and expertise to the community. From fresh produce and delectable F&Bs to convenience services and dining options, residents can look forward to a diverse range of choices right at their doorstep.

Meanwhile, Rasa Riang by Asia Deli, Haruka Bakery and Artist Lab will be part of the lineup at the Waterfront Village, adding to the variety of shops and dining spots.

Since its launch in 2017, Gamuda Gardens has already introduced four residential phases, namely Village Homes, GAIA Residences, Joya and Jovita. Next in the pipeline is the handover of the 2-storey terrace homes Illaria Hillside Homes by July 2024.

Gamuda Gardens and Gardens Park will see an estimated combined population of 45,000 when both townships are completed in 2034.
