SELANGKAH BIZ To Offer Seamless Payment Option For Ramadhan Bazaar Merchants This Year

SELANGKAH BIZ, the mobile application that enables digital payments has launched a new feature to enable seamless digital payment transaction for Ramadhan Bazaar merchants along with incentives up to RM10,000 daily.

Powered by KiplePay, this new feature enables Ramadhan Bazaar merchants to provide seamless payment transactions for their customers. The customers can perform cashless payments and using preferred e-wallet and through QR code scan.  There is no signup or annual fees for the merchant to use this feature.

For this initiative, the platform is setting up daily incentives of up to RM10,000 daily in effort to encourage more merchants opting for a safer mode of business.

Merchants also will be rewarded with RM1 of cashback for each transaction made via the app, with a maximum of RM50 per day. A minimum purchase of RM5 and above is required to redeem the cashback, with terms and conditions applied.

SELANGKAH Ventures Sdn Bhd (SVSB) Chief Executive Officer Tengku Iesta Tengku Alaudin said, “Pivoting to digital means have been a way for entrepreneurs in Malaysia to ensure the survivability of their business, no matter the industry.”

Meanwhile, SVSB Chief Information Officer Helmi Zakariah added, “SELANGKAH BIZ was conceptualised to impart aid to underserved merchants who may not have the necessary knowledge, expertise or tools to digitalise. With the app, any business can ensure their customers have digital payment options for a safer celebration this Raya.”

Moving forward, SELANGKAH will also soon roll out SELANGKAH WALLET and SELANGKAH PAY within the app to provide its users with a one-stop solution for all their digital needs in the new normal.
