Mah Sing owned Meridian East which is a major developer in Johor has awarded another housing project construction and completion of terrace houses to Haily Group Berhad.
The project valued at RM24.5 million includes the building of 80 units double-storey terrace house, 75 units double-storey terrace house in another plot and include TNB sub-stations in Johor Bharu. Completion of the project is expected to be within 15 months of commencement.
The developer is already constructing a township in JB called Meridian East which is sitting on a massive 1313 acre land with houses, condo, shop lots and an industrial park.
Haily Construction a Johor company, is primarily involved in the building construction of residential and non-residential buildings. Its residential buildings consist of single and multi-dwelling buildings while non-residential buildings consist of commercial, purpose-built and industrial buildings.
As a G7 CIDB registered the main contractor for residential and non-residential building construction projects, the group is responsible for the total project including the external built-environment covering civil works and infrastructure works within the project area, as well as the physical buildings.
The current undertaking comes with clauses on-time delivery and employee welfare conditions imposed by Mah Sing.
