Ireka Engineering and Construction has announced a new project awarded by Wanland Metro Sdn. Bhd. for the construction and completion of infrastructure, housing, shop houses, and associated works at Bukit China, Mukim Pasir Akar, Daerah Besut, Terengganu.
The RM45 million project consists of 68 units single-storey terrace houses type “A”, 280 units single-story terrace houses type “B”, 8 units shophouses, a Community Hall, surau, and tadika at the stipulated location. According to its filing, the commencement the project will be 15 November 2021 and is expected to complete in May 2023.
Ireka views the latest contract to positively to the earnings for the financial years ending 31 March 2022 onwards.
Wanland Metro is a property developer specialising in affordable homes, the company has paid-up capital of RM3,500,000.00 and authorised capital of RM5,000,000.00. It is registered with Construction Industrial Development Board (CIDB) with G7 (No Limit) construction license with experience in the construction industry.
The developer is working on projects in Pasir Akar Hulu Besut and Daerah Tembila Besut with a total of 1269 units and is due completion in 2022. Districts in Terengganu, Kemaman where 200 acre land is in the pipeline waiting to be approved. It’s also in Kelantan with 60 acre land in Kuala Krai and 98 acres land in Machang which is still pending approval from the State Government approval.
