Ajiya Berhad and its subsidiaries, Ajiya Roofing and Ajiya Safety Glass are looking to acquire two parcels of industrial land from Sime Darby Property,
The freehold vacant industrial land is located in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus, measuring approximately 291,852.00 square feet and 397,702.80 square feet respectively, for a total cash consideration of RM34,477,740.00.
- The acquiring parties have agreed to purchase the Land on an “as is where is” basis, SDP which owns the land intends to develop on the Master Land a development currentlt known as “Hamilton Industrial Park”
Ajiya started its business as a metal roll forming company and ventured into the production of high value-added safety glass products catering to a wide variety of users, from industrial commercial buildings to common residential houses. The company has its roots in Johor and has expanded to Thailand.
