Since announcing the deal back in July, Solarvest updates that it has received a Letter of Award from Energy ES for an EPCC job valued at RM87.5million to build a PV solar system.
The parties have entered into an engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning contract including the appointment of its subsidiary Atlantic Blue as the EPCC Contractor for the development of solar photovoltaic energy generating facility with a capacity of 20.76 WMac in Kulim Kedah.
Apart from being an EPCC partner, Solarvest is also tasked to obtain a certified copy of the EIA Approval from the Department of Environment before the project can be submitted for an Environmental Impact Assessment.
Solarvest is one the biggest player in the solar panel installation business, the group has been sought for its expertise and experience in handling large scale solar work.
