Pharmaniaga Receives 10-year Medicine Supply Concession From Ministry of Health

Pharmaniaga Berhad and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pharmaniaga Logistics Sdn Bhd has received a letter from the Ministry of Health, agreeing in principle for PLSB to continue its services in supplying medicines and medical supplies to MOH facilities for a period of 10 years.

The agreement will be subjected to the terms and conditions to be agreed upon between both parties. This comes as the group announced back in December that pending finalisation of the new logistics and distribution concession agreement, the Ministry of Health had issued a letter dated 28 December 2021 to Pharmaniaga Logistics extending its services for the provision of medicines and medical supplies for another 1 year, upon the expiry of the earlier agreement.

While the scope of services remained the same, the 10-year agreement will commence accordingly.
