Lagenda Properties Berhad and Inta Bina Group Berhad are on a mission to build affordable homes all over Malaysia, in order to expedite the whole process, both have agreed to form a JV and call the company Lagenda Inta Sdn Bhd.
With equal shares, both parties aim to scale and expand Lagenda’s affordable township development nationwide away from just Perak where the developer currently operates. Upcoming projects in Kedah, Johor, and Pahang will be some of the developments that could see the partnership deepen.
Lagenda MD Dato’ Jimmy Doh looks at the collaboration as means to preserve profit margins by awarding the construction contracts to the JV Co based on historical costing. He is confident with the track record and experience of Inta Bina’s the projects will be in safe hands.

Over the years, Inta Bina has completed more than 130 construction projects, consisting of terrace houses, bungalows, condominiums, semi-detached houses, and factories to name few.
