The construction arm of Minetech has been awarded a contract worth RM9.4 million to build an external link bridge and covered walkway for Emerald 9 Cheras Development by GLM Emerald Square.
Emerald 9 is a property development by Guoco Land that consists of mixed transit-oriented development located in Batu 9 Cheras. Minetech is expected to start the project in March 2022 and complete it by February 2023.
