After a sparkling 2 years with the semiconductor business recording staggering returns, JF Technology is seeing its Chief Executive Office Mr. Dillon Atma Singh tendering his resignation to pursue other ventures.
Dhillion is an industry veteran in the semiconductor manufacturing industry in Malaysia with over 28 years of experience. He has held senior leadership positions as Senior Director in Renesas, a leading Japanese semiconductor company and prior to that, Intersil (through its acquisition of Elantec Semiconductor), a leading American Power Management semi-conductor company, managing its entire Asia Operations. He was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of JF Technology Berhad in 2020.
The group is managed by Managing Director Dato’ Foong Wei Kuong who recently launched a high-performance test contacting solutions for a global integrated circuit called Test Contacting Centre of Excellence in Kota Damansara, Selangor, with an investment of RM 40 million.
Dhillion owns a direct interest in the Company with 302,000 Ordinary Shares and 151,000 Warrants.
