Lebtech Bhd through its subsidiary Lebtech Energy Sdn Bhd entered into MoU with Sustainable Investments Oman LLC (“SIO”) for the purpose of this collaboration is to explore opportunities within the sustainability sector from awareness building, training, development of products and services, and sustainable investments.
SIO is a sustainability firm based in Oman that was founded with a vision to facilitate and introduce cutting-edge technological innovations in the MENA region. Sustainable Investments Oman focuses on food security, energy, and health.
In a statement, it said that the MOU aims to unite both companies in creating opportunities to provide sustainable solutions to climate-conscious organizations and people both in Oman and Malaysia.
Among the objectives, it will be presenting proposals on sustainability projects to potential Clientele, Conducting knowledge transfer programs to create public awareness on sustainability, net-zero carbon, and its importance to the Earth’s climate.
It said that in achieving the objectives of this MOU, the Parties shall work on the basis of reciprocity within the parameters of their respective laws, constitution, regulations, and/or policies.
