Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor, the investment arm of Selangor State, has entered into an agreement with Air Selangor for the supply and delivery of water meters for new development.
The agreement which has been signed via its subsidiary Aqua Flo Sdn Bhd, will also include meter migration, and replacement programme (2021 and 2022) of 15mm Plastic, 15mm Brass, 25mm Brass, and 40mm Brass water meter for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 with an estimated contract value of RM18.14 million.
Air Selangor which is also State-owned, has given a 12-month contract from January 2022 until the end of December 2022 upon which the water supplier has the option to extend the contract period for a further term of six months by giving Aqua Flo not less than one month’s notice.
Both parties agree that the contract is derived from the best interest of their company.
