Knight Frank Malaysia Merged with Property Hub for Synergistic Leverage and Coverage

The global real estate services firm, has announced a residential joint venture with Property Hub, a multi-award-winning real estate agency, comprising over 120 professionals across its Kuala Lumpur headquarters and Kota Kinabalu, Sabah branch.

The joint venture with Property Hub coincides with Knight Frank Malaysia’s 20th anniversary in Malaysia and underscores Knight Frank’s global expansion strategy.

Property Hub will integrate with Knight Frank Malaysia’s residential operations, acting as the key element of the company’s residential agency network. A new management structure, complemented by future new hires will bring the joint venture in-line with Knight Frank’s global practices and to bolster the team.

To recap, Property Hub is renowned as a boutique real estate agency punching well above its weight, together with its Sabah operation are most notably winners of multiple MIEA awards (including Residential Real Estate Firm of the Year and State Real Estate Firm of the Year) for ten consecutive years, from 2012 to 2021.
