Siab Holdings Berhad has signed a supplemental memorandum of understanding with Koperasi Peserta-Peserta FELCRA Malaysia Berhad to continue negotiations as well as finalisation of the terms following the recently signed memorandum of understanding back in March.
Siab will enter into a joint venture with KPFB which will grant it the exclusive rights to develop the 3 parcels of land owned by KPFB. The 3 parcels are strategically located in Gombak, Selangor with a total combined area of approximately 8 acres.
Group’s executive director Meryl Lim Mei Hwee said, “Building upon the foundation of trust since our recent MOU signing with KPFB, we have managed to take yet another step closer towards achieving our mutual goals to deliver the absolute best quality high-rise development for the masses.
Both parties understand the significance behind what we do and have a common belief that this will be a meaningful project which will benefit the lives of many. Having said that we will work closely with KPFB to finalise the terms of the agreement so that all our hard work will come to fruition said Meryl.
