Glomac Ruma 33 Double Story Project Fully Taken Up

Property developer, Glomac and its hillside residence project, Ruma 33, has been fully taken up since its launch in December 2021 – indicating that despite the removal of HOC, demand for quality homes is still vibrant

With a gross development value of approximately RM28.5 million, this double-storey terrace house project is situated in Saujana Sungai Buloh, a mature sub-urban residential area within the greater Klang Valley.

Scheduled to be completed in 2023, the 33-unit homes are priced from RM669,000 and are situated just 25km away from the city centre Kuala Lumpur. It is also located nearby major highways for easier access.

Despite talks on softening the property market, due to the aftermath of COVID-19 that has affected buyers’ overall purchasing power, Group Chief Operating Officer Zulkifly Garib pointed out there is, in fact, a surge in demand for quality homes, particularly landed, with bigger space.

“COVID-19 has significantly altered our lifestyle. Many now prefer to stay at home rather than spend time outside. More people are also working from home. As a result of this, we are seeing higher demand for bigger and better quality landed properties,” he said.

With a floor space built-up from 2,222 to 2,245 sqf, all Ruma 33 houses come with a dual façade design – where each unit will have two beautiful frontages, providing a beautiful view and spacious surroundings.

Glomac, which has some RM8 billion worth of potential projects in the pipeline, will be launching more property products for various market segments in the future, including quality affordable homes.
