The much controversy surrounding Caely Holdings and its boardroom tussle spilled over into the public interest space when Dato Jovian Mandagie the Prime Minister’s son-in-law was appointed to its board.
However, in the latest Bursa filing, the group had issued a statement informing that Dato Jovian has withdrawn as the company’s director. He holds the Executive Vice Chairman post in the group.
Recently Caely issued to Bursa on the removal of 9 directors which has now been contested as being inaccurate. Things are certainly not looking very clear in the company at this moment.
