Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. has accepted a letter of award from Bangsar Hill Park Development Sdn. Bhd. for a residential project in Bangsar worth RM154.6 million.
Among the largest secured inn 2020, the contract is for main building works for a proposed residential development project for one block of thirty-nine storey Apartments consisting of a common area, commercial unit, one, level of basement carpark and eight (8) storey carpark located at Lot 365, Lorong Maarof, Bangsar.
The project is to commence in July 2022 and is to be completed within 35 months from the commencement date. The contract is expected to provide an additional stream of revenue for the Group over the next three years.
