Theta Edge Berhad has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with IRIS Corporation Berhad to form and establish a joint venture to assist and work together in exploring and identifying future projects for both parties’ mutual benefits.
IRIS is an MSC status technology innovator with 27 years of experience in technology consulting and the implementation of trusted identification (ID) and other information technology related products and solutions. IRIS designed the world’s first ePassport for the Government of Malaysia in March 1998. The ICT company provides end-to-end solutions comprising system integration, technology consultancy, solution design, development and implementation, and maintenance and
support.
Under the MOU, the structure of the JV will be based on an equity shareholding structure of TEB: 30% and IRIS : 70%.
