Seremban Engineering has been awarded jobs for 2 projects one for civil structural and architectural work and the other for mechanical electrical and plumbing work by Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad.
The letters of award dated 31 January 2022 and 15 March 2022 was given by Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad to undertake the CO3 Project and CO4 Project for a new manufacturing plant of approximately 13 hectares located at Bandar Enstek Industrial Estate in Nilai, State of Negeri Sembilan, for the total contract sum of RM172.6 million.
At the same time, Seremban Engineering has also accepted additional banking facilities amounting to RM80 million granted by United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd, as per the terms and conditions as stipulated in the letters of offer.
The company will utilise the Blanket Contract Financing Facilities for the purchase of materials, issuance of performance bond, warranty bond, guarantees in relation to the following contracts awarded by
a) Civil, structural and architectural works for a contract sum amounting to RM108,800,000.00; and
b) Mechanical, electrical and plumbing works for a contract sum amounting to RM63,800,000.00,
for the new manufacturing plant located at Bandar Enstek Industrial Estate in Nilai, State of Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia (“DL Contract”).
