Country View Renews Banking Facilities To Finance Aurora Sentral And Working Capital

 Country View Bhd (“CVB”) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Country View Resources Sdn Bhd (“CVR”), has on 4 July 2022 accepted the renewal of the following existing banking facilities and additional new banking facilities extended by RHB ISLAMIC Bank Bhd.

In a statement, it said that has taken an additional banking facility of RM48 million to its existing RM106.528 million bringing the total amount to RM154.528 million.

It said that the purpose of the additional financing too part-finance the development of Phase 1 under Aurora Sentral based on 40% Margin of Finance (“MOF”) or up to RM36.0 million, whichever is lower.

It said development shall consist of the building and piling, landscaping, clubhouse and general facilities, for general working capital requirement
