Comprehensive auditing & bleaching of manufacturers & packaged cooking oil packaging premises will be conducted nationwide, said Prime Minister Ismail Sabri, today.
KPDNHEP, PDRM, and the Malaysian Armed Forces will be deployed to raid packaging factories, and national borders to ensure there is no misappropriation of cooking oil packages.
The distribution of subsidised packaged cooking oil amounts to 60,000 metric tonnes per month, exceeding domestic household consumption.
