Topping-Up Ceremony Celebrated for MET 1 Residences for on Track for Completion in Q4 2022

MET 1 Residences (MET 1) celebrates a major milestone with a Topping-Out Ceremony held by Naza TTDI, as it nears completion to become the new international trade, commerce and living centre in Kuala Lumpur in Q4 2022.

This is an integrated development with GDV of RM 1.37 billion comprises an office tower, Somerset serviced apartments, MET 1 Residences and three levels of retail mall which are also under development. MET 1 offers an ideal abode for those who enjoy modern facilities and convenient accessibilities and is seen as the ‘Gateway’ to the new city centre called KL Metropolis.

The 75.5-acre integrated community hub of KL Metropolis that is envisaged as Kuala Lumpur’s international trade and exhibition district, with 55-storey tower, caters to the elegant and affluent lifestyle in KL Metropolis, MET 1 unveils magnificent panoramic view of the KL City Skyline.

Public, residents and services vehicles are clearly segregated through multi-level internal roads will ensure optimum privacy and security for MET 1 residents. There are four typical layouts available at MET 1 with built-up areas ranging from 677 sq ft to 1,613 sq ft. Each unit features a floor plan that resembles either a semi-detached or a bungalow layout, depending on the built-up area, to offer comfortable space and innovative design.

Nestled in the middle of city, KL Metropolis is set to be a micro city within Kuala Lumpur accessible via four major highways – Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), SPRINT Highway and North-South Expressway. The new epic-centre in Kuala Lumpur has all the right ingredients for trade, commerce and retail.

Home to the largest urban park in the Mont Kiara area, its KL Metropolis Park will potentially be the recreation and activity hub for KL’s premier international community. SDG 11 aims to renew and plan cities and other human settlements in a way that offers opportunities for all, with access to basic services, energy, housing, transportation and green public spaces, while reducing resource use and environmental impact.
