Omesti Bhd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Omesti Holdings Berhad (“OHB”) has entered into a Joint Venture and Shareholders’ Agreement with 360 Medic Holdings Sdn Bhd (“360MH”) to regulate the conditions for the formation and operation of a joint venture company, namely, Aurora 360 Sdn Bhd .
The purpose of the JVSA is to formalise collaboration between OHB and 360MH to pool resources for the common purpose of establishing and operating one or more diagnostic and screening centre(s) in Malaysia.
The core business of the JVC is to operate as a diagnostic and screening centre or such other business as the Parties may agree in writing.
The JVSA is consistent with Omesti’s objective of seeking various strategic alliances and joint ventures for synergistic benefits and the JVSA will further strengthen OHB’s presence in the healthcare industry.
